Call Analytics
Analyze the performance of individual art calls and open calls.
Access via:Analytics > Calls
Metrics available:
Submissions overview: Total submitted, accepted, rejected, pending jury
Geographic data: Where artists are from (state, region, country)
Artist type: Percentage first-time submitters vs. repeat
Submission quality: Average rating from jurors (if jury reviews enabled)
Timeline: Days from open to close; days to first rejection/acceptance
Fee revenue: Total submission fees collected for this call
Use cases:
Identify if certain calls attract more submissions (adjust fees or promotion accordingly)
See geographic spread (good for grant applications)
Understand jury patterns (do high-rating works sell more?)
Plan marketing based on what drives submissions

Sales Analytics
Track all revenue streams: art sales, event tickets, memberships, and more.

Delivery: Emails sent and delivered successfully
Open rate: Percentage who opened the email
Click-through rate (CTR): Who clicked links in the email
Spot commission outliers (artists with unusual rates)
Forecast revenue based on submission/sales trends
Sample analysis: "Commissions grew 22% YoY. Average rate remains 25%, but 8% of artists use custom rates (average 18%)."
Financial Reconciliation
Reconcile all money movements: sales revenue, payouts, fees, platform costs.
Access via:Analytics > Financial Reconciliation
Report shows:
Gross revenue: All money in (sales + fees + subscriptions)
Minus payouts: Artist payment records, including manual payments and Stripe-connected transfers where enabled
Minus fees: Payment processing, shipping, etc.
Net revenue: What your organization keeps
Use these reports to reconcile Crafted Call records against your bank account, Stripe account, or accounting system. External payments only reconcile if your team records them consistently.
