Juried Art Show Software
Juried art show software, from first entry to closing sale
Collect entries online, run a fair blind jury with rubrics and rounds, send decisions, and hang the show with check-in, labels, sales, and artist payouts. The whole juried exhibition, one system.
Step 1 · Entries
Open the call and let entries run themselves
Step 2 · Jury
A fair jury: blind review, rubrics, rounds
Redaction hides artist names and any fields you choose, per round. Jurors score against your rubric with side-by-side comparison, staff watch progress and send reminders, and multi-round setups narrow a broad first pass down to the final show. Juror preview shows you exactly what jurors will see before you invite anyone.
Step 3 · The show
Turn decisions into a hung exhibition
Accepted work flows into the exhibition with nothing re-entered: decision emails go out from your templates, artwork checks in with QR codes and condition notes, wall labels print from the artwork data, and floor plans place every piece before install day.
Step 4 · Sales and payouts
Sell the work and settle with artists
Mark works sold at the show or sell through the online gallery, with commissions applied automatically. Artist payouts run on Stripe Connect with payout tracking and 1099 tooling, so closing the show does not mean a month of bookkeeping.
