Cookie Policy
Cookie Policy
Effective Date: 2026-09-01
This Cookie Policy explains how Granite Logic, LLC ("Crafted Call", "we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on craftedcall.com.
What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to work more efficiently, and to provide information to the website operator. This policy also covers similar technologies such as browser local storage and tracking scripts.
The Three Consent Levels
Our cookie notice offers three levels. Your choice is recorded in your browser's local storage under cookie-consent, with the date of the choice under cookie-consent-timestamp, and you can change it at any time at Settings → Profile, under Account. If you are signed in we also record the choice against your account, with the version of this policy it was given under, so we can show what you agreed to and when.
| Level | What it allows | Can it be switched off |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Only what the Service needs to work: sign-in, security, payment integrity | No — the Service cannot run without it |
| Analytics | Essential, plus measurement that tells us how the Service is used | Yes — nothing beyond the essential set loads until you choose |
| Advertising | Essential and analytics, plus advertising measurement and attribution | Yes |
Choosing Essential does not restrict your access to the Service. We do not operate a cookie wall.
Essential
These cookies are required for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They are set in response to actions you take, such as logging in or submitting a form.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
__session |
Crafted Call | Authentication session token (AWS Cognito) | Session |
__csrf |
Crafted Call | Cross-site request forgery protection | Session |
cc_org |
Crafted Call | Currently selected organization context | 30 days |
| Stripe cookies | Stripe, Inc. | Payment session integrity and fraud prevention on checkout and payment pages. See Stripe's cookie settings. | Set by Stripe |
We also set preference cookies (cc_theme, cc_sidebar, cc_table_pref, each retained for 1 year) that remember display choices you make inside the Service. You can clear them in your browser without losing access.
Analytics
Analytics tells us how the Service is used so we can improve it. It is loaded only after you choose Analytics or Advertising, with the exceptions noted below.
| Provider / Identifier | Purpose | Loaded when | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| New Relic Browser agent | Application performance and error monitoring (page load times, JavaScript errors, failed requests) | The error-monitoring agent loads at every level, on the legal basis of our legitimate interest in a working, secure service. It sets cookies, and records session replay, only at Analytics or Advertising: a sample of sessions is recorded (10% of sessions, 100% of sessions with errors) with all on-screen text and inputs masked. | Session |
| Umami | Aggregate page and event counts for public pages | At every level. Umami is cookieless and sets no identifier on your device. Enabled only when configured. | No cookie set |
| Google Analytics | Website usage measurement | Analytics or Advertising only. Enabled only when configured. | Per Google's retention settings |
Advertising
| Provider / Identifier | Purpose | Loaded when |
|---|---|---|
| Google Ads conversion tag | Measuring which advertisements led to a signup or purchase | Advertising only. Enabled only when configured. |
| Google Analytics advertising signals | Advertising storage, advertising user data and personalization within Google Analytics | Advertising only. At the Analytics level these signals are set to "denied" through Google Consent Mode. |
We do not sell personal information. California residents can record a "Do Not Sell or Share" preference in account settings; it is stored under crafted-call-do-not-sell and synchronised to your account.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Our collection routes honour browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
Third-Party Cookies
The providers named above set their own cookies under their own policies. We do not control them. Please refer to the relevant third-party privacy and cookie policies. Our full list of service providers is published at craftedcall.com/legal/subprocessors.
Managing Cookies
You can change your consent level at any time at Settings → Profile, under Account, and you can control cookies through your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in to the Service.
Cookie Banner
On your first visit we show a notice with the three levels above. Nothing beyond the essential set is loaded until you choose, and advertising is never loaded on the Essential or Analytics levels. Refusing optional cookies does not prevent access to the Service.
Changes to This Policy
We will post material changes to this page with an updated effective date. If we introduce new cookies or analytics providers, we will update this policy before deploying them.
