Creating Your Artist Account
One account lets you enter calls at every gallery using Crafted Call. You do not need a separate account per gallery, and you never pay to have one. This guide covers signing up, the three ways to sign in, and what to do if a gallery has already created an account for you.

Signing up
On the sign-up page, enter your First Name, Last Name, Email and a Password, and accept the terms.
You can also use Continue with Google or Continue with Apple if you would rather not manage another password. Either takes you to that provider to authorize, then straight back.
Confirming your email
After signing up with an email address, Crafted Call sends a verification code. Enter it on the next screen to finish creating your account.
If it has not arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder, then use the resend control on the same screen. You can also come back later and enter the code manually rather than starting over.
Three ways to sign in
- Email and password, using Sign In with Email.
- A one-time code. Choose Sign in with a code instead and Crafted Call emails you a six-digit code. Enter it and choose Verify. This is the easiest route if you sign in rarely and never remember the password.
- Google or Apple, if you signed up that way.
If a gallery created your account for you
Galleries sometimes import their artist list, which means an account already exists in your name before you have ever signed in. When you try to sign in, you will see:
Good news: you already have an account.
with a line naming the gallery that added you. Choose Send reset code, and Crafted Call emails you a six-digit code to set your own password. From then on the account is yours.
You can also reach this from the forgot-password page, where it reads Claim your account and explains that a gallery created the account for you. Email me my code sends the code; I have my code takes you to the screen that asks for it.
This is not a duplicate account and you should not create a new one. Claiming keeps the history the gallery already has for you, including any submissions they recorded.
