One identity, several contexts
The Brand & Identity workspace gives administrators a central place to maintain approved organization details. That does not mean every surface should look identical. A call, receipt, exhibition site, membership message, and campaign have different functional requirements.
Establish the source record
Record the public organization name, legal or receipt name where different, logo variants, colors, address, contact routes, website, and accessibility-approved image descriptions. Name who may change each field and who approves it.
When a user belongs to several organizations, verify the active organization before editing. Organization switching changes the administrative context; it should not be treated as a cosmetic workspace choice.
Check downstream surfaces
After a material update, preview:
- call landing, application, confirmation, and decision messages;
- Marketing Hub sender details, header, footer, and unsubscribe context;
- managed websites, exhibition pages, events, and membership surfaces;
- checkout, receipt, invoice, and settlement documents;
- labels, check-in sheets, and printed operational documents.
Plan entitlements and surface-specific settings may affect where a brand value appears. Record exceptions instead of copying a slightly different logo or address into each campaign.
Protect function and accessibility
Color contrast, text alternatives, readable type, descriptive links, receipt legibility, and sender trust take priority over visual consistency. Test small screens, dark mode where supported, print output, and image-blocked email.
Change safely
Use a change ticket or approval record for legal-name, address, domain, sender, and payment-facing changes. Preview before publication, then verify a real public page and transactional test. Keep the prior asset available long enough to recover from an incorrect crop, low-resolution logo, or unintended organization change.
