Sign in to Crafted Call
If you don't have an account yet, request access. You'll need to be an Owner or Admin of an organization to find your org slug and create an API key. - 2
Find your organization slug and API key
In Crafted Call go to Admin → Settings → Organization → General. Your slug is shown in the read-only Organization slug field (a short, lowercase ID likeyour-gallery-name). You'll also need an API key — generate one at Admin → Settings → Embed. You'll paste both into the embed code below. - 3
Decide where the content goes on your site
Pick an existing WordPress page where the calls or exhibition should appear (for example: Calls for Artists, Exhibitions, or your home page). You can also create a new page. - 4
Paste the embed code into a Custom HTML block
Edit the page in WordPress, click the + button to add a block, search for Custom HTML, and paste the code from below. Tip: the Custom HTML block looks like a small code icon — not the Code block, which is for showing code as text. - 5
Publish and verify
Publish (or Update) the page, then open it in a new browser tab. You should see your live Crafted Call content within a few seconds. If you don't, scroll down to Troubleshooting.

></div>Replace YOUR_API_KEY with the key you generated in Admin → Settings → Embed, and your-org-slug with the slug from your Crafted Call account. The snippet works on most website builders — WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, Showit, or plain HTML.
Verify it's working
After you publish the page, open it in a new browser tab and check the following:
- The page loads with no warnings or broken layout.
- Your Crafted Call content appears where you placed the snippet (it can take 1–3 seconds on first load).
- Clicking a call or exhibition opens the right detail page.
