Crafted Call engages the following sub-processors to help deliver the Service. All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements consistent with our Data Processing Addendum and applicable data protection law.
We will provide 30 days' advance notice via email and on this page before adding or changing a sub-processor that processes Customer Personal Data.

Data Transfer Mechanisms
Customer Personal Data stored in AWS us-east-1 (United States). Transfers of personal data from the European Economic Area (EEA) to the United States are made under the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission (Decision 2021/914).
A copy of applicable SCCs is available upon request at legal@craftedcall.com.
Change Notifications
We will notify Customers of new or modified sub-processors by:
- Posting an update to this page with the change date
- Sending an email notification to the billing contact on file
Customers who object to a new sub-processor may contact legal@craftedcall.com to discuss alternatives.
